Web Site Under Construction.
ParsecArt exists beyond the ordinary.
We do not arrange flowers.
We construct environments.
We shape atmosphere.
We design in dimension, scale, and silence.
Our work begins where tradition dissolves—
in the space between structure and wildness,
between precision and entropy,
between what is seen and what is felt.
We draw from the language of the cosmos:
distance, gravity, expansion, collapse.
Each composition is an orbit—
each installation, a field of movement and tension.
Botanical elements are not decoration.
They are material. Form. Architecture.
They bend, arc, suspend, and unfold
within environments designed to alter perception.
We believe in restraint over excess.
In impact over volume.
In presence over noise.
Every stem has intention.
Every void has purpose.
Every environment holds a charge.
ParsecArt is not bound to occasion—
it exists within experience.
A moment suspended.
A space transformed.
A memory imprinted in atmosphere.
This is floral design redefined
as spatial art.
This is ParsecArt.
Steve Clark is a Los Angeles–based floral artist and creative director with over 30 years of experience in luxury floral design, event production, and immersive installation work. Formerly known professionally as Steven Stewart-Clark, he is the founder of Stinko’s Las Vegas, an innovative floral studio and event venue in the Arts District that blended floristry with performance and visual art, earning recognition in the Las Vegas Sun for its creative impact. Under his direction, Stinko’s was named “Best Florist” by Desert Companion magazine (2020), noted for its bold, theatrical approach to design. The space also served as a hub for community-driven events and creative activations, reflecting Clark’s interest in experiential environments beyond traditional retail. His career includes leadership in luxury hospitality as a Creative Floral Director at a Five-Diamond resort, where he oversaw large-scale floral programs and high-end events. Through ParsecArt, Clark continues to explore floral design as a form of spatial and artistic expression, creating refined, sculptural environments for a discerning clientele.
